The “honeymoon” is officially over. Do you agree? On some days, it feels like three days wrapped in one. LOL! Sometimes, a few of our students take us to our mental edge. Believe me, I feel it.
That brings me to this week’s post; this is the time during the year when your teammates and colleagues‘ support mean the most.
During our most challenging days so far, we have been flexible, supportive, and understanding. We all are human. Therefore, none of us are immune to rough days and breaking points. Lean on your teammates. Ask for support.
Regardless of your day, we have highly intelligent people among us with a wealth of knowledge about a variety of topics.
For the record, you help me everyday, more than you can imagine.
